This is not related to this issue, but we've had no luck it getting Citrix Cloud WEM to manage our on prem devices which are part of DaaS. We're using cloud connectors, but we've not gotten anywhere with Citrix support so far. I wouldn't think it would be difficult to make this happen unless we're blocking something at the firewall level.

@Alain Assaf don’t forget cloud connectors only handle registration to the wem service - everything else has to go directly to the service - if there are proxies etc, You’ll need to have them sorted
