I usually get delegated permissions on the citrix OUs and local admin permissions in the citrix environment

Ideally I do the same as @Balint Oberrauch mentioned. But most of the time they want me to walk them through it :(

seems to be the way I’m going to have to go here, I’ve run into issues with delegated permissions not being able to move computer objects, any tips there?

Inside the same OU? For moving computer objects you need the following ACLs on the desired OU: "Write computer objects, delete conputer objects" https://morgansimonsen.com/2013/12/17/delegating-computer-object-management-tasks-2/
