Single domain or otherwise? I'm having an issue with brokers and VDAs in different domains, on-prem.

Currently just single on prem, though, we are likely to extend provisioning to the Citrix cloud plane in the future.

i had no issues in my test env when i put the brokers/vda in the same domain

No issues on upgrading. If you have wem in place you have to go to 2103 first an Update your Database then to 2212 with final upgrading the Database. Starting with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 2109, virtual channel allow lists are enabled by default.
