The fslogix elevation needs to be adjusted

OK, that should already be in place since we migrated an existing Delivery Group that was using traditional FSL + Elastic Layering. Was just covering all bases in case it needed to be put back to its original elevation with CC for some reason.

Should work fine together

This is my 4th attempt, with different FSL versions over the years, different storage, (CIFS and SMB) and different Win10 builds. I give up 😂😭 Thanks for the sanity check @Rob Zylowski
