is the HDX realtime optimization pack for lync only? or does MS Teams and zoom benefit from having that installed?
it looks like it i don't see anything regarding it on the https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/multimedia/opt-ms-teams.html

Skype has it on pack. Which is a separate Download. Teams is built in CWA and VDA. Zoom has it's on Optimization pack as well Zoom - https://citrixadvice.blogspot.com/2021/09/zoom-optimization-for-cvad.html Zoom VDI overview - https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360031768011-Release-notes-for-Virtual-Desktop-Infrastructure-VDI- Zoom Citrix Installers - https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4415057249549-VDI-releases-and-downloads VDI installer Zoom HDX Plugin

Also, don't forget about the ICA virtual channels if using a version where that was changed. Does not apply to teams. Not sure about Skype as it has been a while on that. It does apply to Zoom.
It will need to be applied for skype according to this. https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/hdx-optimization/2-9-ltsr/troubleshooting.html#add-the-realtime-optimization-pack[…]-to-the-virtual-channel-allow-list Virtual channel allow list policy settings | Reference (citrix.com)
