Are you load balancing StoreFront? Have you got your persistence set, with the persistence timeouts to match between the LB vserver, Gateway session profile and StoreFront?

Thanks Daniel, for testing I changed the FQDN directly to one of my StoreFronts and there are no issues ATM. Wondering, I set the correct sourceip persistence at my SF LB like described here https://www.carlstalhood.com/storefront-load-balancing-citrix-adc/#vserver and timeout 480 is the same as the timeout on my StoreFront Web settings. Is there another setting or option causing different session persistences?

What's the timeout on your Gateway session profile? (ie this one)
