Might need to do a wire shark in the client. I remember seeing that and it was a cipher issue.
s
Ok .... no changes applied on client machine nor on Netscaler Gateway
r
Try from another windows 7 to see if it's windows 7 related. What ssl Verison are you running on the gateway?
s
1.1 1.2
r

I hate to say it, but Wireshark it on the client side to see if you can see them negotiate. I know it sounds like it couldn't be but I'm leaning towards ciphers
s
Case raised with Ctrix P1 & now escalation engineer is working
r
Ok man. Sorry I couldn't offer more advice
s
I also doubt on ciphers, but without any change in client machine how this issue happened I am trying to find
r
Let me know what they find please
s
Thanks @Ray Davis
Sure will do

It is 27 months since the max 27-month expiry limit on public SSL came in. Wonder if it’s an Expiry Too Long error?
