12/18/2020, 9:18 AMManual is not an option because we need to integrate more than 20 ADFS as IdPs. If I delete all the claims/attributes, it can be parsed. I am now trying to reduce the claims/attributes to understand where the limitation is.

12/18/2020, 10:39 AMfed:ClaimTypesRequested vs. fed:ClaimTypesOffered, if only one of these two parts is included in the metadata XML, it can be parsed successfully. But by default, the ADFS metadata contains both values. I think this is a bug.
