You need 71.40, and then I’m not even sure if it will work, but it won’t be supported. VMware ESX 7.0 support on Citrix ADC VPX instance The Citrix ADC VPX instance now supports the VMware ESX hypervisor 7.0 build 1632494.

Thanks, I will check this information.

Yes, i saw it after some research, you confim my findings
Even after updated to this firmware (71.40), I still have see same error message at startup, but my VPX seems to have network connectivity. I will do more test to confirm. Thanks a lot for replying and sharing information.

I can take that information back to the PMs. Hopefully we will see support for newest and greatest ESX
s
I think you can 🙂 I did a shutdown and a reboot and now my VPX does not have network, same error message at my first post. You have to retry many times to have it. What is wierd is VMware still indicate correct information inside vSphere (DNS Name and IP). Problem really seems to be in Citrix ADC.
m
I will relay the information back to the PM team.

And I only have Standard Switch on one physical ESX host. Not really complicated setup (if this may help to diagnose)

Hello, we're also planning to upgrade to VMware vSphere 7.0.1 build 17325551. So I just wanted to ask if you guys have any news on this?
m
Doesn’t work on newest releases from my test.
p
Yeah just tested the same in our environment. If I perform a vmotion from an older host to a host with 7.0.1 build 17325551 network stops working. Even after a reboot of ADC. If I power down the ADC completely also network seems to work fine.
