@Brandon Mitchell doing that is kind of a nightmare because office is so heavily tied together (sharing many resources). Basically, what you need to do is install the main office components to the default install path. then create a hiding rule for office. uninstall office, and install just skype to a different install directory.. ie c:\program files\Microsoft\Skype or something. create a hiding rule for it. uninstall skype. and perform the same steps for access (install to a directory other than default like c:\program files\microsoft\access). then uninstall access. Then you're going to have to go through your hiding rules to find registry keys that match, and create redirection rules in the skype/access rules. it is seriously a huge undertaking and not worth it imho...
