Looking at 2016 SMB shares only (No SOFS), 1000 users. Currently have ODFC implemented on 2012 R2 file share, no problem. Will be moving to profiles on one server, ODFC on another (both 2016 core). Regarding the memory @Peter Robson, is that Active or Cached (the 60-70%)? I would imagine it's Active.
