I tried to sell it that we could reduce I/O if we didn’t do folder redirection too. But the deeper I go in, the more I realize that unless you’re using OneDrive for user documents you still need folder redirection. I have a blog partially authored on placement of user documents with profile containers with the pros and cons. I’m hoping to finish it up this weekend and submit to CUGC soon.
