BTW, I work with @Adam
p
No problem
Check ABE and what version afs make sure it newer,
k
We followed this to the article to setup both of our FSLogix environments, but we are seeing the same issue in both places. One is running Files 2.2.3 and the other is running Files 3.2.0.2. Do you know what version has the profile fix?
ABE is enabled on both
p
Need to turn it off
k
Is there an explanation as to why?
The article seems to state that it's ok to leave on: "After creating the share, you have the option to configure Access Based Enumeration to hide other FSLogix Office 365 folders from other users. The feature can best compared with the ABE setting within Windows File Services."
p
ABE it on FSLogix documentation somewhere needs turned off
p
Sorry can't be much more help on iPhone pages don't display properly
You might need to recreate the afs servers
k
No problem, we'll have to make the changes and try again.
It's just odd that the problem didn't occur during our initial testing, only when we pushed it out to production.
p
Yeah have seen that before,
k
Thanks again for your help, I believe I did read that KB before, but kinda ignored it I guess.
a
@Peter Robson Unfortunately, disabling ABE did not resolve the problem. Same error seen on clusters with Nutanix Files 2.2.3 and 3.2.0.2
j
Did you just disable or recreate the file server?
k
We recreated the shares
j
Ok going to do a test on Files 3.5 with latest FSLogix. We have others running Files 3.x and FSLogix as well.
k
we are hoping to upgrade our clusters to the latest AHV/Files within a week or so.
