So I'm working with MS FSL support on slow logons, send them the support and he says you have these 2 options enabled in the registry, turn them off. I looked at the reg and the support file I sent him, neither are active whatsoever, in addition, they're not config'd in my gpo's either. Waiting for them to respond now...been back and forth like this for a week now.
