08/12/2019, 9:12 PMi am also seeing a similar issue. fresh Win 10 master image. Latest version of FSL from MS download page. Uninstall FSL and logon drops back to normal. Waiting on customer to apply the AV exclusions. Issue remains even without gpo to enable profile or 0365 container.

08/14/2019, 11:12 AMso ms support came back and told me the logon delays are not fslogix related according to the logs (which i told them that in the beginning) and that procmon shows gpo,, a/v and citrix stuff chewing up some seconds here and there processing logons, no surprise there either. owell just something i gotta live with i guess
