there are two RoamSearch keys - one enables the feature and the second one tells where to place the index https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/fslogix/configure-search-roaming-ht

sure, i have the 1 key to enable it, then both keys to tell it to go to each container. 😕

It will store in the profile more than o365. Like rene said you so need the two set, it generates error in the logs if set I correct

i'm just wondering what the ramifications are if i REMOVE the roamsearch from the profiles key, and keep it in the o365 key

Probably nothing will cause the search to rebuild in the correct container
