Nope. but I do know that server 2019 with files on demand and sharepoint libraries is broken right now.

need it on VDI - Windows 10 1809, unfortunately it seems 1809 has no gpo yet to enforce the Storage Sense settings and on top it’s a per user config in this build. Looks like they changed that with 1903 😬

Running Windows 10 1903 with Storage Sense Manually configured to delete Temp files after 1 day, Downloads after 30 days, and Make OneDrive Files Online Only if not used for 14 days. FSLogix Profile Container Configured via GPO. OneDrive per Machine installed - On Demand, max size download, and Known Folder backup configured via GPO. It's been working really well. I'll have to look into the new Windows 10 ADMX files to see if Storage Sense can be configured via GPO.
d
@Austin Madison nice job! Yeah with 1903 you can configure Storage Sense by gpo per device - with 1809 it seems to be a HKCU config per user with uniq keys per user
a
Thanks! Any config using HKCU with Non-persistent VDIs is always fun. 😕
d
Well HKCU shouldn't be a problem, but I can't see how to generate the uniq keys per user
a
Ahh yeah looks like the Unique User Profile GUID followed by a unique Business OneDrive GUID. Do you know if the Business GUID is the same for all users? If so, you may be able to script it out with a powershell variable that finds the user's unique profile GUID and adds it to the Business GUID to add a a Reg Key Something Like $ProfileGuid = Get-ItemProperty -Path HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\FileAssociations -Name "UserSid" $registrykey = $ProfileGuid.UserSid + "!Business1|e6c01f3840144b9c867fd54ac826cb8" New-Item -Path HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\StorageSense\Parameters\StoragePolicy\$registrykey -force

thanks @Austin Madison - still fighting with missing explorer context menu integration when running OneDrive in per machine mode - maybe related to the 1809 build of Windows 10. I think I will give it a try with 1903, this also would solve the Storage Sense configuration nightmare.
a
I installed OneDrive per machine on 1803 and 1903 and didn't run into any issues. I think 1903 is your best best to solve both issues. Good Luck!
