I’m a little surprised by the 27% capacity loss when using FSLogix in this testing. Every environment is different, obviously, but I didn’t expect that.

In larger setups it might by an issue. I hadn't really considered the filter driver to have an overhead that would have this kind of impact

I don't get the logon time numbers. 100+ seconds with FSlogix? My worst logins are around 12 seconds?

Interesting. But he is saying login times are decreased but capacity % is worse. I had not really thought of that being a thing either with just the extra filter driver. Seems excessive from a density hit. hmmm

we aren't even seeing close to these numbers, i might be to far down the rabbit hole to reset our capacity with real users but let you know what i can find

I read that one chart as seconds... am I reading it wrong?

You are correct, the logon times are in seconds. To provide a bit more context, the logon times are based on Login VSI. The logon times include brokering and logon scripts so are a bit higher then expected. The increase in time is because the host is on high CPU Util. There are less resources available which have a negative effect on the logon times.
Sorry for the delayed reply by the way, I did not know there was a threat started on this topic 🙂
