Thanks for the link to the forum post @Nick Panaccio. In my case the issue definitely is not caused by using the container on different OS builds.

I think @Marco Zimmermann has a similar issue with UWP Apps

UWP Apps give me nightmares in VDI environments. Thanks for pointing this out. Does anyone know if the issue is present with Windows 10 1903? If so, we'll wait for a fix before upgrading.

This happens with UPM, Microsoft doesn’t supports roaming Apdata\local\Packages, this was the reason to move over to FSLogix

I see this with FSLogix Profile Container @Matthias Schlimm not UPM

I’m back next week. Have Win10 1809 with latest FSL release
