I don’t think so. You can split Office and Profile Containers but I don’t think you can split out things in the Office Container.

Thought there could be a cool way if we use Appsense as we can add gpos at different logon triggers or process start triggers in Environment Manager.

Even with AppSense, the registry values to point to the location are split between profile and o365 containers. If FSLogix broke it out then AppSense could do that. That would be intriguing
