So far, yes. Two separate file servers. Not quite production yet - this is Test, maps to pre-prod.

Alright, that is awesome. I had issues with office cache getting odd and outlook not responding as expected, and also trouble in regards of turning off a file server, and then let it come back - the FSLogix service didn't seem to understand that quite well.

Correct. User logged off, and those errors went away (go figure). User logged on to non-Cloud Cache machine, and no errors. Odd.
