@Dennis what I see at the customer is that the Files On-Demand is totally gone from Settings:
Do you see that also?
d
Yes
k
Great...at least I'm not alone šŸ˜„
I am suspecting a specific OneDrive version, do you agree with that, or do you have anything that could indicate that it's an FSLogix issue?
n
i believe it was discussed in this channel or perhaps the msdn forumns there was a known bug with one drive and FSL that is already fixed, but the customer has to request the new version from support
That was me who found that bug.... sigh..
n
remember the marketing...., FSLogix is so easy, just turn it on, it's like xmas. glad i never went full prod. still too many weird things for me to ditch UPM at the moment
r
i've been happy with it, tbh.
n
im happy with it, till im not, hehe
r
OneDrive build 19.192.0926.0012 with FSLogix 2.9.7237.48865 on Win2019 17763.775 it shows up for me @Kasper Johansen
k
The customer has actually managed to do some more testing and has found that they also get this error when using local profiles without FSLogix
With the 19.192.0926.0012 edition of OneDrive
Customer is currently testing with an older version of OneDrive
Thx for chiming in @Nick Casagrande and @Ryan Gallier
n
im not much help, still learning from others.
r
no worries
d
We use the latest FSLogix version and the same OneDrive version as mentioned above (9.192.0926.0012)
Sometimes, after creating a new FSL profile, a user who had no ā€œfiles on demandā€ option gets the option with a new profile…
k
We see the same here
however as mentioned the customer also see this behavior without FSLogix
