Thank you! I have it setup and profile is created on initial login however subsequent logons will not allow new files or settings to be written to profile. Log shows error 21 “The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file. “

I ran into the same issue and had to turn cloud cache off. I’ve been hearing from a lot of people that it has issues.

Locking and performance have been two big issues
