That wasn't it, but looks like my issue all the same! It might have been a tweet that I saw, from memory it talked about a private Citrix fix specific to 1909.

hmmmmm I haven't heard of private on that one

Either way it looks like it's broken for now - thankfully the bulk of users will be using published desktop in this environment, those that needs apps we will have to stand up a 2016 image

i know the new support stance just changed with 2019 and ProPlus so hopefully someone will fix something soon 🙂
