well, you know.. every day I’m still trying to solve this..haha.. sorry..what? 9 years ago??? - let me read up first

Let me answer it after nine years. there is no fix as it is intentional
The setting is be “inherited” because of the override done through the mouse virtual channel,
Reason why is that if you set it faster as in your PC, your pc would not be able to provide a “faster” movement than the ones it can (does it make sense?)
