you checked your license you have applied in Studio? that one isn't expired?

The license is valid... but it has less than 6 months left... I've asked Citrix support about this, I'll report back when I have an answer. The renewal is now being processed but but I didn't expect the weekend work to get blocked by this... not sure if this is due to the change in branch going from CR to LTSR... cheers

Yea, shouldn't be doing that. If SA date was after that required date, thats all that matters. Doesn't matter that you have two months left till getting new one applied. So that is strange indeed

I was having a bit of a moment with this one, guys! Citrix haven't come back with a decent response but I understand what happened... the existing version is 1903, the client hadn't updated their license file in almost a year so there wasnt an active SA... as I was trying to update to 1912 the error was reporting SA had to be active up until 6 months ago... facepalm... I'll get my coat 😛
