No available workstation usually means just that, there is no machine available for the user. Is the user's device in maintenance mode or unregistered or something?

Hi James, thanks for the reply. The machine is registered, not in maintenance mode or something else. VDA log file reports that everything is OK when communicating with the delivery controller.

Can the Delivery Controller talk back to the VDA?

YEs, two-way communication works without any issues from the VDA to Delivery Controller and vice versa .

Did you try to remove/add back to catalog?

Ghost sessions? Check for machines that have a session but no user. Happens to me, but symptoms are different.

Hi All, sorry for my late reply .... finally I could make it work, but just with a VDA version of 7.9. I will open a support ticket because it looks like a VDA bug or a Windows 7 issue.
