I'm curious because you didn't explicitly mention it... Did you switch your VDA to use HDX 3D Pro? It has been awhile since I tinkered with it, but I was under the impression that enabling 3D pro would get the benefit of the GPU.

Sorry, I did yes. It took me ages to figure out how to do that. I guess you used to have to do it when you install the VDA, but it's now part of the installation or just 'detected'. In the end, it was just really a case of tinkering with the Citrix policies, disconnecting and reconnecting to refresh the policies, and I could get HDX 3D Pro to turn on and off. But I'm not sure what I was expecting. Like I said, I'm not doing and CAD work, or anything really that would leverage the GPU in that sort of way, but I was expecting better performance in my Remote PC session, not worse. But then again, I'm not really sure what I was expecting. I found I had to switch to 'pixel perfect' to get the session to be higher quality, but that has the effect of disabling HDX 3D Pro, it seemed.

@Rob Sheppard can you share a screenshot of RDA with the settings you used? Lossless mode needs to have Allow visually lossless enabled but is not recommended for remote scenarios. I would use Build To Lossless if you need a Lossless image. P.S: HDX3DPro is now by default installed and enabled by the policy: Optimize for 3D graphics
