Proxy for the connector?

I'm assuming it would be for the ELM. With the Azure connector it has to be able to talk to login.windows.net and management.azure.com. Both of those we allow through the proxy, but I'm not seeing a way to specify the proxy

I know there is some stuff you can change in config files. I’ll have to check my notes.
