Dumb Q. sorry, but can you kill the animations? Something different from yours, but there used to be an old issue with black rectangles in File Explorer. Will try to find the fix.
d
I haven't found a way to kill them in 2019 servers. Found lots of people asking how.
To give some more detail... Several clients are seeing the same issue. But it doesn't follow the user accounts. Same user, different location, can't reproduce the issue. Different client in location with the issue it can be reproduced. For example: Data Centers and Locations are very distant from each other geographically. Data Center A with VDA A Data Center B with VDA B Location C with workstation C Location D with workstation D C to A issue not reproduceable C to B issue not reproduceable D to A issue happens D to B issue happens We will be gathering additional Locations and Workstations to gather more information. Rumor is that at least one other workstation at location D has exhibited the same symptom. Several workstations at location C have been tested and not been able to reproduce the symptom. It may be something location related like the firewall or network. It may be software installed on the workstations at location D. We are going to continue to gather data and see if we can find something in common with the locations and clients.

Sounds like it could be a receiver/CWA versioning issue?

anything change recently regarding codec settings? I've seen some weirdness around pixelation/flickering and just some visual 'weirdness' when adjusting the 'use video codec for compression' setting, and other settings that might be related.

Upgraded Workspace to 2112 on an affected machine with no change. The "use video codec" looks promising. I will play around with that a bit and see what comes up. Must appreciated.
Seems that the "use video codec" setting has resolved the issue since Thursday. Thanks again @Steve Noel
