Use the Analyze logon script from ControlUp. It's available in the script library if you don't have ControlUp.
There is a better version available now. @Trentent and @Guy Leech are the guys you have to ask about it.

Hi Dennis, Thank you. I've given that a go today. I believe it was Guy's from his control up blog post. It has helped with understanding where I could streamline things a little. Currently using ivanti EM for upm and FSlogix ODFC
I think the issue could be related to something else other than general slowness as 99% of people usually get logged in ok. Occasionally, some will get stuck and never make the desktop. I can see customer ls retrying and failing with connection errors in director.

Have you checked the user details in Director? At the bottom you have a split screen. Server and client side.

In gathering more data, this seems to be predominantly Linux based endpoints. Ive noticed a disconnection (event; 1049) in the event logs for this issue. Looks like it could be related to EDT being its usual flaky self on specific endpoints. Going to trail TCP/IP for a comparison on a few affected endpoints.
The disconnect comes after the Citrix policies apply.
