According to this forum post, it's something called Microsoft Isolated Conversion Environment, I have never heard of it before: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/office/en-US/e5fb103e-82cd-4263-828f-44f7c09d37[…]lders-under-users-appdata-what-is-it?forum=officeitpro

Hmmm let me look
k
Could this be used when converting older doc/xls documents to docx/xlsx documents?

Found this, but no answers other than the same link inside the Citrix Discussions https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/392951-oice_15_974fa576_32c1d314_-folders-under-users-appdata/#comment-1998915

Thanks @Ray Davis it's a considerable amount of data and by the looks of it it's probably just "junk data"
r
Yea I am seeing it based on research from Office 2003 and up. Then the link you posted says it junk. You can prune it with Aaron pruning script for a test users and just see if it acts up.
I have a doc on that as well if you need it.

For now my customer will try to implement a logoff script to take care of the folders, but I am considering Aaron parkers pruning script to be a better alternative
r
haha yea man
Here is the link just in case. I am sure you know this as well. https://blogs.mycugc.org/2022/02/04/how-to-prune-a-fslogix-profile/
