This issue exists since 2109 and is now getting a lot more traction, since it's now part of the LTSR as Cirrix has been unable to fix it since 9 months. All private fixes haven't solved it. What's the exact path for those reg keys?

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Reconnect] "DisableGPCalculation"=dword:00000001 "FastReconnect"=dword:00000000 I*ve added FastReconnect=0 on a particular troublesome VDA (it already had DisableGPCalculation=1). Looks promising, but will ask the users to do some stress testing. Will report back here.

It's a shame the issue made it into the LTSR, although it's been around for quite some time 😕 At least it's getting now much more attention and I hope much more cases and traces get submitted, so it will hopefully be fixed in 2203 CU2.

Just to add, this issue happened to us on our test 2019 server and those keys resolved it and we pushed 2019 to prod. Don’t think it would do anything for 2016

Thanks @Josh Farlow But since we are running Server 2016 It seems we're stuck waiting on a real fix.
