Hey, yes I see these issue in an environment since 2109. 2106 works as expected. RDP even takes longer to start in this environment. Sometimes about 15 minutes. As soon as I remove the VDA or install any VDA earlier than 2109, RDP is instant availabe. Opened a ticket about a two month ago and could not prove to Citrix so far, that it' an issue of VDA. ... the problem in my case is, that with a fresh VM everithing is working as expected.
