Just use the web versions on RDSH 🤷 big problem if you have add-ins tho

Yeah that's the issue. Plus that's a total process change for users.

Obviously this isn't immediate, 3 years until 2025, and Server 2022 is 2026. I was just asked the question today and hadn't seen they were dropping it.

MS are very keen to remove RDSH as it's one of the (two?) Windows Server features that require a GUI. They want Windows 10/11 for client and Server Core for server, long-term, I guess. Whether that means they will have to allow MU Windows to run from on-premises or hosted tin, remains to be seen
