The last official group policy baseline I know of, is for Windows Server 2003/2008.

11/22/2022, 5:15 PMI have a GPO I used in my Session Host setups. It has been tested on 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022.
However seeing that it is a baseline it's not the universal truth when it comes to group policy settings, you will have to know stuff about your own environment and applications and add whatever additional configuration needed.
