Are you referring to the VHD Location GPO setting? If so, perhaps it only recognizes certain variables? Mine includes %username%, which is resolves just fine.

But the any environment variable are confused and did‘t work

I’ve used system variables in the GPO path, but they need to be there before the FSLogix service is started. Alternatively you can programmatically set them then restart the service, which is what I’ve done.
