Bear with me as dont do licensing and only used citrix cloud when working for a non MSP. So i have been speaking with our CSP distrbutor as needed to order Citrix cloud virtual apps&desktop service. I had to get the customer to setup an account/ orgid in citrix cloud and grant me the administrator role within there orgid. I then added that customer as a customer through my companies citrix cloud portal and i can now switch between the accounts. When ordering with the CSP provider i had to give them the CSP partner orgid = my company and our customers orgid. The virtual apps and desktop service has now been ordered and provisioned but it shows up under my companys citrix cloud account (csp partner) rather than my customers which i was expecting. It should show under my customers citrix cloud account shouldnt it ?
