Yes James. Sort of got teams working to a certain extent, it was pretty awful though.

yeah all my validations pass from an IGEL perspective, i am trying just with youtube and failing to connect - been through the troubleshooting articles over and over - both browsers try (i can see it in traces) and simply fall back to server side every time - need to try something other than youtube tomorrow but that's the low hanging fruit so should work 😞

FWIW, IGEL has a fairly large Slack user base, so it may be worth asking over there, as well.

Hi @James Kindon - well in my opinion BCR on non-windows is not production ready yet from what I've seen. Had it occasionally working on IGEL LX but it was very flaky. Just got a private build with the latest Citrix Workspace app for Linux 1908 but have not yet tested if this works more stable.

ah man that is not what i wanted to hear! release notes show a potential few weird issues but they are talking all sorts of weird linux lingo 😞 might get a ticket in and see what comes back

That's the way forward mate. Although in my experience support struggled to understand the complexity involved. I may well be going back and re-reviewing it too. I'll let you know if/when I do that. In the meantime I'm looking forward to your experience.

Sorry James but René‘s correct. Tried several settings to get BCR to work with Igel LX, no chance at all. You can contact Fredrik Brattstig in the IGEL Slack Channel, he knows a lot about BCR with Igel OS and maybe has a few details for what‘s coming soon on this topic.

I have the latest IGEL OS 11.02.156 with CVAD 1909. BCR works fine Chrome and Windows devices but fails miserably on IGEL with HP T630.

Same experience with the latest private build, even on original IGEL hardware

@dready do you have it working on previous build? If yes which one
