Could look at having FSLogix App Masking do this. Your other option is have two layered images - one with pro and one with standard.

Thanks for the update. I use FSLogix App Masking to mask out Visio and Project so that we can have the one layer rather than lots, but I've not been able to work out a better way of having Pro and Standard from one layer. It's mainly really to avoid having to patch multiple layers.
