Im writing a blog on all the settings you will need. It will be about all the settings around concurrent sessions and the Outlook settings.

for that many users i'd probably separate the profiles from office.  personally i'm trying to push my users to OWA on 365 as i hate outlook and limiting how much data to store locally.  i simply can't give each user their 50gb mailbox locally
