12/11/2019, 8:58 PMThis is why I asked how the key is being set. If you are relying on FSLogix to put outlook in cached mode I'd recommend setting the reg entry using WEM or GPP just to see what the behaviour is.

12/11/2019, 10:57 PMAlso had a weird issue in the past where the GPO didn’t apply to that OU. Created new parallel OU and applied GPO and it worked. #softwareghosts
