Are you using FSLogix for just the OST file, or are you including Outlook data, too? If the latter, it should retain your signature files. I don’t have it in front of me, but there are a few folders you need to retain in UPM if you want to roam signatures.
I believe there’s a registry key associated with the folder (%AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures), too.

Thanks Nick, we using FSlogix for OST file and include Outlook data, we are setup UPM fro Signatures (AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures), The problem when delete UPM folder with signatures file. Citrix user must create Outlook signature, we want to automate.....

I went through my UPM notes, and it looks like I had to add "AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures" to "Folders to mirror" in our UPM policy in order to roam Outlook signatures. Simply including that folder wasn't enough.

Aaand now I see your latest message. Not sure about automating the creation of a signature, personally.

We have a script that we use to copy the signature out to the users' home directory on logoff, and we have another script to copy it back in on login if it doesn't exist. Both done via WEM. I'll see if I can find them...

I have a PowerShell script which creates the email signature base on the information on the user object in AD. Let me know if you want it

I also have a script which can backup any Outlook signatures configured, and restore them in case of a profile reset

That is very cool @Kasper Johansen - I’ve got wem actions all over the place to copy and restore/migrate, but users have to manually set....this is way neater ... kudos
