Had some issues after updating to NS13.0 79.64.nc it appears the update lost the server certificate configuration for our virtual LDAP load balancing server. Adding the certificate binding fixed the issue. Symptoms were: Error 4003 in the authentication logs. LDAP Service Account locked out.
