Hi All, We are looking for a password reset software for our netscaler gateway users other than native citrix sspr. If we use okta, can we integrate it with our AD and reset a pwd reset for AD user? Basically we need a password reset link where users can enter their email and get a pwd reset link in their email and reset the password. When clicked on the link in their email, it should prompt for "enter new password" directly. Again, other than syncing AD user accounts to their environment, they just have to reset the pwd. With Azure, we have to import AD user accounts to azure AD. From there it can reset the pwd. But we need the software to directly reset AD user password without sync. These is the list I have so far. AWS - doesnt have pwd reset solution. Azure - we do not have a direct link for pwd reset. ManageEngine AD service plus - not sure if they have a pwd reset link. Ping identity, doesnt work in our environment. We've tried it already. Finally ADFS. I m yet to discuss it with our AD engineer. Is there a software that can do this? Thanks
