Hi All. I have a Citrix environment (1912) with FSLogix where we have installed Microsoft 365 apps for Business. All works fine however when an user opens a Word file from the OneDrive folder in his explorer the autosave function is off. After turning the function on in a Word document and after closing the document and reopening it the function is off again... I went through a lot of articles but non of them really has given a solution. It also feels like the options below do not have any effect... I hope somebody here has come across the same issue and could give me a direction to look into.
