Do you mean "published applications - Web Interface Address" or "Client Experience - Homepage"? i have already set it to FASStoreWeb at "published applications"

FAS isn't going to work if you don't have the Storefront Store enabled for FAS

There's powershell commands to enable that

<@UR9T47CRM>: I've configured both values. However i get still prompted with that box. FAS is only enabled on FASStore. Is there a way to use normal authentication internal and FAS auth external with the same store(name)? I'm using ADC in ICA Proxy mode.

Roland I am not aware of a way to have the same store do FAS and AD depending on route.  Suspect it would probably have to be something custom, in which a separate store for internal routes is probably much easier...
