How I did this when I was still doing consulting was that I had the following Profiles.ini created at Process started in Appsense which then was copied into ??check where it is now in your profile???. [Install308046B0AF4A39CB] Default=Profiles/CustomerName-Profile Locked=1 [Profile0] Name=CustomerName-Profile IsRelative=1 Path=Profiles/CustomerName-Profile [General] StartWithLastProfile=1 Version=2 That way, you can easily exclude in Personalisation based on a static path and don't need to bother about the random paths that you have with every new release. I then copied the application group template in appsense and made a WSG of it. And added an exclusion for the datareporting and crashreports.

So when firefox process is launched, you copy profiles.ini?
d
yes, just once
m
It works with multi users? Xenapp server
d
yes and roams between 2016 2019 and 10 for them, I think even 7.
and roam that file using perso
m
OK but for existing usées?
users
d
nope, they have most probably multiple profiles in there. So we agreed with the product owner to save and roam Favorites using Avanite Webdata Control and then start fresh with the rest of Firefox.
