To be honest… don't waste your time and update or better reinstall this environment. Maybe wait till December, I’m sure we will have a new 2112 LTSR release then.

Yeah we will upgrade eventually. But till then, we have to resolve all these issues.

restart the Citrix host service / Broker service on your DDC's and see if the hypervisor connection state shows as on via get-brokerhypervisorconnection the other errors you listed look DB related run the below to check service status for each FMA service ### FMA Service status ### Add-PSSnapin Citrix* Get-Command *servicestatus | Select-Object -Property Name | ForEach-Object { $_.Name; invoke-expression $_.Name | Select-Object -Property ServiceStatus } | fl

if we manually enable maint mode on the hypervisor in studio, and disable it after a min, hypervisor connection state shows as on in get-brokerhypervisorconnection cmdlet. But randomly issue occurs again. I ll run that command and let you know the results.
