Good Friday Everyone, In my new role as Field CTO at Rimo3, I am looking to understand what the "modern" process is for app packaging/updating for physical and virtual (VDI or SBC or DaaS), how is testing accomplished, what are potential remediation steps, how are the apps then deployed, what works, what doesn't work, what someone feels could be improved (in general), what they feel is "missing" from a tech standpoint: as in, We've dealt with X problem for years and no one has really addressed it. How does it all fit int he change management process. And not just applications but environmental changes that affect the endpoints as well: GPOs, security policies, AV updates, OS updates, etc. If anyone would be available to spend an hour with me discussing all of that, I would be in your debt. I would expect maybe an hour of your time doing a Teams or Zoom session.
